Ron is the engine behind Culmen, blending technical knowledge with real design insight. When he’s not measuring up or sketching layouts, you’ll find him testing recipes in his own kitchen with his three-year-old “apprentice chef” by his side.

Lucy – Interior Designer

Superpower: Instantly visualising how colours, materials, and lighting will work together in your space.
Lucy brings creative flair and practical know-how to every project. She helps clients make confident design choices, whether it’s perfecting a colour palette, selecting finishes, or integrating the kitchen seamlessly into the rest of the home. Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Lucy makes the design process enjoyable and stress-free.

Sasha – Marketing and Social Media

Superpower: Telling the Culmen story in ways that inspire and connect.
Sasha is the voice behind Culmen Kitchens online. Whether it’s showcasing recent installations, sharing design tips, or celebrating our clients’ beautiful spaces, Sasha keeps our community engaged and informed.

Vasile – Installation Manager

Favourite tool: Laser level (he won’t work without it).
Superpower: Solving onsite surprises before clients even notice.
With 20+ years fitting premium kitchens, Vasile personally handles every Culmen installation with precision and care. His attention to detail and quiet perfectionism ensure that each door, panel, and finish is flawlessly aligned. Vasile isn’t just part of the process, he’s the person who brings your kitchen to life.

In 2017, I left the corporate world to create something more personal, kitchens built with care, priced with honesty, and delivered with service that feels more like a partnership than a transaction.

Kitchens are the heart of a home, but they’re also the most complex space to design. It’s not just about selecting beautiful cabinetry, it’s about ensuring every millimetre is meticulously planned to integrate seamlessly with appliances, lighting, and the plumbing and electrical requirements. The layout needs to flow effortlessly, storage has to be practical, and every detail must come together to create a space that’s both stunning and functional.

During my career in project management for blue-chip companies in the City of London, I always had a deep passion for interior design, particularly kitchens. As an avid cook, I understand what makes a kitchen truly work. I love diving into the smallest details, ensuring that each design is thoughtfully crafted for the people who will use it every day.

After years of research, I partnered with incredible suppliers who share my commitment to quality. Now, I’m proud to offer high-end kitchens at more affordable prices, giving homeowners access to exceptional craftsmanship without the boutique showroom price tag.
