For this project, we were recommend to a client in North London who wanted a contemporary bespoke kitchen with a unique design. They desired a balance between functionality and aesthetics, with premium materials and state-of-the-art appliances.

With a focus on minimalism, clean lines, and a sophisticated material palette, our goal was to create a luxurious kitchen that not only met but exceeded our client’s expectations.

Design Consultation & Concept Development

Our journey began with an in-depth consultation to understand the client’s vision, lifestyle needs, and design preferences. Key discussion points included:

  • Aesthetic Preference: Modern and sleek with a touch of natural materials.
  • Material Selection: A strong emphasis on high-end finishes, including a statement stone worktop.

Final Decision & Approval

After multiple revisions and detailed discussions, we finalised a design that perfectly balanced the client’s needs and our design expertise. The floating-effect marble island became the undisputed focal point, and the bespoke cabinetry ensured effortless organization. The final lighting scheme added both practical task lighting and soft ambient illumination, achieving the perfect balance of function and atmosphere.

Once the client approved the final design, we moved forward with material procurement and scheduling, ensuring every detail aligned with our shared vision.

The Build & Installation Process

Once the design was approved, we moved on to sourcing materials and starting the build. The installation process followed these key stages:

1. Structural Preparations

  • Ensuring all utilities (electricity, water, gas) were in place for seamless integration.
  • Adjusting lighting placement to complement the kitchen layout.
  • Preparing the floor with premium tiles that align with the design concept.

2. Cabinetry & Storage Installation

  • Custom-built cabinetry was installed in a matte finish to maintain an understated luxury feel.
  • Hidden storage compartments and soft-close mechanisms for a sleek and practical experience.

3. Marble Island & Worktop Fitting

  • A breathtaking green-veined Marazzi Verde Borgogna worktop was precisely cut and installed to make a bold yet elegant statement.
  • A floating effect was achieved through custom fabricated 6mm stainless steel brackets for strategic structural support, giving the island a visually striking appearance.

4. Appliance Integration

  • High-spec integrated appliances installed; including a 3 Miele oven stack to include steaming function and a warming drawer.
  • Hidden Bora X Pure extractor for a seamless and uninterrupted worktop surface.

5. Finishing Touches

  • Subtle LED lighting was incorporated to enhance the ambiance.
  • The final styling ensured a cohesive aesthetic with the rest of the living space.

The Final Result
